Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MohnMint services — including the website (mohnmint.com), the application (app.mohnmint.com), and the $MOHN utility credit system — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Richard Mohn DBA Mohn Empire (“MohnMint,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Virginia sole proprietorship.

2. Description of Services

MohnMint provides a utility credit system ($MOHN) that operates across 9 software platforms. Services include:

• Digital wallet for $MOHN utility credits
• Earning $MOHN through verified actions (Proof of Useful Work)
• Spending $MOHN on services across the ecosystem
• Staking $MOHN for additional rewards
• Cross-platform identity and loyalty services

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use MohnMint services
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where use of digital utility credits is prohibited
• You must not have been previously banned from MohnMint services
• If you are using MohnMint on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization

4. Account Registration & Security

To access MohnMint services, you must create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your contact information remains accurate and current

MohnMint reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent behavior.

5. $MOHN Utility Credits

5.1 Nature of $MOHN

$MOHN credits are utility credits redeemable for services within the MohnMint ecosystem. They are not currency, securities, commodities, or investment contracts. They do not confer ownership, equity, dividends, or voting rights.

5.2 Earning

$MOHN is earned through verified actions across ecosystem platforms (Proof of Useful Work). Daily earning is capped to prevent abuse. MohnMint reserves the right to adjust earning rates and caps to maintain system sustainability.

5.3 Spending

$MOHN may be redeemed for services at participating platforms. A portion of each spend is permanently burned (removed from supply). Redemption values may change based on market conditions.

5.4 Staking

Users may stake $MOHN for fixed periods to earn additional rewards. Staked credits are locked for the duration of the staking period and cannot be withdrawn early. Staking rewards are subject to change.

5.5 No Guaranteed Value

MohnMint makes no guarantees regarding the future value, utility, or exchangeability of $MOHN. Credits may decrease in utility or value. You should not acquire $MOHN with the expectation of profit or financial return.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to earn $MOHN
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent earning caps
• Engage in fraud, market manipulation, or deceptive practices
• Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform or smart contracts
• Use MohnMint services for money laundering, terrorism financing, or illegal activities
• Interfere with the operation of MohnMint services or infrastructure
• Impersonate other users or MohnMint representatives
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble MohnMint software
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on MohnMint platforms are owned by Mohn Empire or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

User-generated content (reviews, profiles, etc.) remains your property, but you grant MohnMint a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services.

8. Disclaimers

MohnMint services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mohn Empire and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MohnMint services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or $MOHN credits.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to MohnMint in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mohn Empire and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of MohnMint services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Modifications

MohnMint reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using MohnMint services.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. MohnMint may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to access MohnMint services ceases immediately
• Any $MOHN credits in your account remain subject to applicable laws
• On-chain tokens are not affected by account termination
• Sections regarding liability, indemnification, and disputes survive termination

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Petersburg, Virginia.

Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at legal@mohnmint.com.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
